Use one focused topic per source so the bot can find the right answer.

Upload text or Markdown as one source per file, or JSON containing up to 50 sources. No files are kept on the server—only their text is saved.

JSON items need title, content, category, and optionally source. Limit 40,000 characters per source.

Reads public pages on the same site (FAQs, product and pricing pages) so you can go live in minutes.

Preview uses the live knowledge search and AI model, but sends nothing to WhatsApp. It may incur a model-call charge.
